Video Downloader 8K ("the App") is free software provided by RG Loomis LLC. It runs on your own Windows computer and helps you download media files for your personal use. The App is provided free of charge.

You must respect copyright law and the terms of service of any website you download from. Do not use the App to infringe intellectual-property rights or for any unlawful purpose.

3. We host no content

Video Downloader 8K does not host, store, cache, or distribute any video or audio content. All media remains on the servers of the original source website; our tools simply help you save publicly available media to your own device. We keep no copies and store nothing on our servers.

4. Trademarks & no affiliation

Video Downloader 8K is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms it can download from. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Copyright

The website and App are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will work with every website or that downloads will always succeed — the sites we support change constantly.
